Restless Sleeper

Mena sleeps in place like most adults do.  Maggie still flips around in her bed.  This is what she looked like when I came in to wake her up for school.  It also makes a difference that Maggie likes to sleep in and Mena tends to get up between 5:30 and 6 every morning.  I get up at 5:30 so I'm less likely to see Mena in bed to take pictures any more.

School Starts

Maggie started Kindergarten and Mena started Second Grade!

Mena - Girl Scouts

Mena's troop had a Bridging Ceremony to show they graduated from Daisy Girl Scouts to Brownie Girl Scouts.

Henry Doorly Zoo

The girls and I enjoyed a day at the Henry Doorly Zoo.  We rode the sky tram and took a train ride while there.  I really appreciate that I can take trips like this with the girls by myself without worrying about someone wandering off, naps, or potty training!!  I really enjoy just spending time with my kids.
