Lunch After Church

 

 

Peg invited us back to her house after church for lunch.  Mena and Maggie enjoy playing with Jake and Traven.  Now they get excited to see the boys at church too!  Mena and Traven are in the same class while Maggie and Jake are in the nursery together.

Burger King in Fremont

 

March 24th we visited Grandma Olson, Grandpa Olson, and Grandma Frye in Fremont.  Here the girls are playing at Burger King while I visited with my Mom and Grandma.  Neither actually climbed up in the structure and went down the slide.  They both climbed in the bottom of the slide and had fun in the end of tube.

The next day it was still too wet to play outside so we painted our toe nails.  This was the first time I'd painted Maggie's toe nails.

After painting we still had time before bed.  I got out the colors and scissors for the girls to make pictures.

The sun was shining so the girls wanted to play outside but it was too wet from all the rain we had so I got out our paints.  Mena soon forgot about whining about going outside!

Making Her Bed

 

I taught Mena how to make her own bed.  She is very proud of herself.  Maggie has to get in on the excitement too!
