Photo Shoot

Philomena is in charge of the youth digital newsletter at church.  She needed a photo to go beside her name like the other church leaders, so we went to the park for a photo shoot.  I think we got some nice pictures!!

 

First Day of 8th Grade

Philomena's summer was one day longer than Maggie's.  She started on Tuesday back to school.  She was disappointed she couldn't start right away until she realized this allowed her to go with both younger sisters to drop them off at school.

 

First Day for 6th Graders

Both girls are at Mickle Middle School this year.  6th graders started on Monday.

 

6th Grade Open House

Open House was overwhelming for Maggie with so many people in the hallways.  Bottom picture shows her true mood.  Middle picture was after I asked her to smile.  Top picture, 3rd times a charm in getting a good picture.

 

Orthodontist

Maggie was less than thrilled when I took her to the orthodontist.  The middle picture shows her true mood.  She was as sassy as ever when the assistant said, "Thanks for coming in." and Maggie replied, "It's not like I had a choice."  Oh, my sweet little ball of fire as honest as ever!  She'll first have an expander and then braces.
