Maggie spent the night at Emily's for her birthday party.

 

Maggie's Confirmation

Maggie was confirmed on Sunday.  After church, she chose Village Inn for lunch with Grandma and Grandpa.

 

Philomena - Music at the Museum

Philomena played her trombone solo at the Lincoln Children's Museum.  They had an event where middle school and high school students came to play their instruments to show little kids what they can do.

 

Deanna's Wedding

My cousin, Deanna, got married.  It was great to see family and to celebrate with her.

 

Philomena - Track Meet

Philomena ran the 100 meter.  I was really proud of how she focused on and celebrated beating her best time.

 

Happy Easter!

After church, we joined the family who had been camping at Branched Oak.  The kids had an egg hunt and we ate lunch with Grandma and Grandpa.  Then we headed home because it was so cold and windy that it wasn't enjoyable to spend much time outdoors.

 

Philomena - Track Meet

Philomena threw Shot Put this year in track.  Her season best was 11 feet 5 inches.

 

Church Camp Sunday

On Church Camp Sunday, a man came from Camp Fontanelle to talk about the options for the kids.   It was also communion Sunday so the pastor asked all youth to serve communion.  The girls did great and want to do it again.
