We enjoyed the museum with Chimney Rock. There was a wagon for the kids to load to cross the Oregon Trail. The weight of what they put in the wagon was reflected on the scale and let them know when they could add more, when it was too heavy, and when it was just right to travel. It was an eye opener for the girls to think about the choices the pioneers had to make.
