I called my parents at 4:30 am to say I was in labor and needed them to come to Lincoln. I've never heard my mom so chipper so early in the morning! Mena, Grandma, and Grandpa stayed at our house while Gene and I went to the hospital. Since I was still in labor, my dad went into work. When he got the call that they were going to do a c-section, he talked to his boss and left work early. Mom brought Mena to the hospital to meet Maggie and Dad got there shortly after. Mena is excited for her baby sister Maggie. Mena can say, "Maggie" but she usually calls her "the baby." Since Maggie had a hat on Mena thought she needed to put her hat back on.
