For our 9th anniversary my parents took the girls for 2 nights. Grandma and Grandpa picked the kids up on Thursday night. Gene and I ate supper at home and then did some shopping. We stayed out until 9 pm since we didn't have a little kid to get into bed by 8 pm! Friday Gene went to work and I had a relaxing day at home. Friday night we went out to dinner for our anniversary. Saturday we were able to get the groceries and errands done before we went to Yutan to eat supper with my family. The girls enjoyed their time with my parents; it would appear that the girls wore Grandpa out since he fell asleep with Maggie! Gene and I were thrilled to get two nights of sleep without any interruptions!
