The best thing to come out of my marriage to Gene was our 4 children. I sold my wedding band to help pay for turning my engagement ring into a mother's ring. The center stone is my sapphire, to the right is Mena's sapphire and Maggie's topaz, and to the left is a May emerald for my first miscarriage and a December zircon for my second miscarriage. The girls don't know or understand anything about their siblings in heaven, but I wanted to honor all my children with this ring.
