I found an idea in a magazine where you use red, white, and blue paint to create fireworks bursting in the sky by spreading the paint with a fork. We then put glitter on the paint to make it sparkle. Mena was very detailed in spreading her paint and Maggie was interested in the texture of the paint on her hand.
